I am Neeha Munawar. Born and brought up in Bangalore, India.

I am an Electrical Engineer by academics, an ex-IT professional by career and SAHM right now to my 2 girls. Married to my best friend and living in the ‘City of Gold’.

Its only after the birth of my first child and very consciously quitting work to be a hands-on parent, I realized a lot about the struggles I had with myself. And thus started my journey to know my Creator and to know myself better.

This personal blog is a memoir to the path I took to find ME, the path of Holistic Healing and how it has impacted every aspect of my life and the roller coaster ride I am currently on every single day.

I aim to create awareness around the importance of mental health in youth and children and how mental health impacts every single human alive.
